Connected system with router, live video is showing, what should I do when Cloud Status is offline?


a. Check if you connect your NVR with router well. Connect the Router LAN Port to NVR WAN Port with Network Cable Provided. Find router connection picture.

Look at the monitor screen, right click the mouse>System setup>Network setup, select DHCP and Enable, then click ok.

Power off NVR around 2-3 seconds and power on, wait 2-3 minutes to double check. If above solutions are not working, please leave a message.
